"When you wake up in the morning, Pooh," said Piglet at last, "What's the first thing you say to yourself?"
"What's for breakfast?" said Pooh. "What do you say, Piglet?"
"I say, 'I wonder what's going to happen exciting today?'" said Piglet.
"It's the same thing," Pooh said.

Welcome to my classroom website. Here you can find important information about assignments, helpful English resources, and how to contact me.
The Dallas Christian English program is designed to improve your awareness of the important role that the English language and its literature play in your intellectual, personal, and career development. We emphasize the development of oral and written comprehension, of critical thinking skills, and of coherence, cogency, and fluency in the expression and communication of ideas.
While the English program stresses competence in skills of reading, writing, speaking, and listening, it also provides experiences and activities that will help students become proficient users of print and non-print media. Our goal is to accomplish these objectives while providing an opportunity to discuss, evaluate, compare, and contrast the literature we read from a Christian viewpoint.
